Children's Ministries
Children’s church is designed for those children leaving worship service at 11:15 after the children’s moment. It is a program in which the children experience God’s Word through games, crafts and songs.
Children's Moment
The children’s moment is a special part of each worship service, excluding communion Sundays, where the children are invited to come to the altar for a message created just for them.
Nursery
We welcome your choice to worship as a family, however, our enthusiastic childcare providers create a warm and loving environment for your infant through three year old. (click on the room numbers for the location of each nursery.)

Children's Programs
Club 45: Expect A Miracle
This is a group for 4th and 5th graders that meets Sundays at 5:00 p.m. in Wesley Hall. The kids enjoy an interactive, computer based curriculum where they can vote on the structure and content of each weeks Bible study.
Easter Festival
Each Spring, Klein UMC comes together with a festival to provide the Easter story to our surrounding community. This day also includes Easter crafts, a petting zoo, egg hunts, and even a visit from the Easter Bunny himself.
Kid's Klub
Kid’s Klub is an opportunity for the children to have fun and fellowship with their friends in a Christian environment while their parents enjoy a night out. Kid’s Klub meets the first Friday of the month, and the cost is $ 15 per child for the first two children, $5 for each additional child in the same family. Reservations required.

Vacation Bible School
Here at Klein UMC we are very proud of our VBS program. Each year we host over 300 children, three years old through 5th grade, as well as 80 youth and 120 adult volunteers. The children experience Bible stories through Chadder Theatre, Bible Adventures drama, making snacks, crafts and of course plenty of singing and dancing. We hope to see you at VBS 2008 “POWER LAB!”

Children's Council
In a combined effort with the KUMC Family Council this group of dedicated parents aid in the planning and hosting of many of our children and family activities. This council meets monthly to develop new ideas for the children of our church and our community.
