
Body Sculpting – 2008/09 Schedule
This is a strength training class.
We use dumbbells, stability balls, and resistance bands for a total body workout. Strength training will help you increase your metabolism… did you know that even a moderate increase in muscle tissue will consume an extra 20 or 30 calories an hour…
do the math… that’s over 700 calories a day!!
2008/09 Schedule Starts August 26th Tuesday’s &Thursday’s from 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Classes are held in the CLC Cost- $3.00/visit
