Funeral Preferences Form
The death of a loved-one, such as a parent, spouse or sibling leaves a family with many details to contend with and unanswered issues and questions regarding funerals and memorial services. Most of the time we never really consider our own funerals and rarely communicate advance plans to our family. However, doing so can be a gift of grace for our loved ones. Perhaps you are at a point in your life when you might be thinking about plans and preferences for your own service. We have provided a worksheet to help you in this.
